If you have a remote host through some type of hosting company, they should provide you with the necessary information to access your MySQL account. This normally consists of:
The user name needed to access and administer your MySQL database. This may be the same as your user name for you account, or may be specifically assign for MySQL. If you are unsure, please ask your provider.
The password needed to access and administer your database. As with the user name, this may or may not be the same as your normal login to your hosting provider.
