This Appendix needs a complete revision of the current version of HTMLCode. The accompanying htmlfile that is available in the manual subdirectory of MPN needs to be translated to XML/Docbook format. We still need to discuss if this HTML file really is needed in this manual, but on some pages of the manual the text is still referring to this file.
